Brief Answer:
possibility of autoimmunity

Detailed Answer:
hi,
we need to rule out autoimmune causes, like Familial mediterranean fever, or lupus.
I suggest that u need to get yourself checked out for the same.
you should check for inflammatory markers, ferritin, Rheumatoid factor and anti CCP.
this will help us diagnose the condition.
