Brief Answer:
TAVR is the best procedure for your father
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Yes your father has aortic valve fully calcified with severe stenosis. TAVR procedure is best for him now as he developed heart failure. It is a minimally invasive procedure of replacing aortic valve by using a catheter inserted into a blood vessel without requiring any open heart surgery. As your father is old and weak, TAVR is the best treatment for his condition. Medicines may treat only symptoms that too temporarily so it's not advised.
Hope I have answered your question. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you. Take care.

Brief Answer:
Proper pre procedural planning and pre procedural deployment of MCS.
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, usage of concomitant MCS depends upon the surgeon and the severity of the disease and presence of any coronary artery disease. Careful pre procedural planning and pre procedural deployment of MCS will certainly help in any challenging situations like sudden cardiac collapse.
