                                    Brief Answer:
Better to have PEP as early as possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome to Ask A Doctor.
Thanks for posting your query.
The negative HIV test your sex partner a day prior to your contact can rule out HIV infection with her up to a period of 12 weeks prior to your contact. There could be possibility for her to have sex with some other HIV Infected person during the window period and got infected, that would not have reflected in this test report. Moreover there is every possibility for her to have sex with some other infected person after the test and before your contact. If she is free from HIV Infection, you do not have any risk. But that cannot be assured now. So it's better to take PEP to be on the safer side. Lip kiss carry only a negligible risk for HIV infection.

                                    Brief Answer:
HIV risk depends on her sexual activities.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back
HIV is transmitted mainly through exchange of body fluids. Fresh bite wound came in contact with blood definitely has risk of HIV transmission. If that girl is free from HIV Infection then you are also safe. It all depends on when was her last contact other than you and if any one of her contacts had HIV infection, then the HIV risk for her and you are there. Anyhow it is better to start PEP as early as possible. After 72 hours it will not be of any use.

Lip abrasion could increase the risk
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Definitely a small abrasion over lip is present either due to a bite or manual peeling. In my opinion, whether it is small or superficial, it will definitely increase the chances of risk for HIV transmission when it comes in contact with someone's blood. We don't know the individual's HIV status.
