Question: Right lower stomach pain that radiates to the side and back. Dull and aching pain that can be sharp. Hurts to rotate and move. Happened after a night of drinking.

The pain you are describing can be caused from simple conditions such as muscle pain or due to more important conditions such as stomach ulcer or pancreatitis.
To better evaluate you kindly let me know of the following:
- how strong is the pain from 1-10?
- is it present all the time or it comes and goes?
- who much alcohol do you normally use in a week (how many drinks)?
- do you have nausea, vomiting, or fever?
- do the over the counter medications you are using help?

If there is a risk of pancreatitis, a quick visit is needed to have some blood tests and imaging examinations of the pancreas.
