The pain in the lower side of th abdomen can be related to many medical conditions.
One of the common causes can be ovarian cysts.
I recommend to do an abdominal ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain and the fever.
I also recommend to use a laxative such as Miralax to relieve the constipation.
