The image posted here does show a bit of weakness in the right half of the face. This has to be evaluated in detail. Do consult a neurologist at the earliest as it can worsen if it has started now. This happens either due to weakness or damage to the facial nerve supplying one side or a stroke in the brain. Either of the causes are serious and must be addressed at the earliest.
