As i conclude from your query,it is an anticold oral drops.
As is not available in your area,other anti cold oral drops that could be used are
1.TRIOMINIC DROPS.
2.WIKORYL DROPS.
while purchasing these drops you must confirm that these medicines does not contain Phenyl propalamine.
You can give One ml. drops three times a day.
