Hi,

Thanks for the query.
I need more information, as scars in the penis are quite rare.
External scar could be due to injury and XXXXXXX scar due to prolonged intercourse over a period of time.
Is it a fold below the foreskin that bleeds? Or is the foreskin too tight?
You need a physical examination to find out the exact nature and the extent of scarring so that a right decision can be made based on the findings.
