Question : scratchy scrotum n penis since 2 weeks.....itchy flakes....n itches very bad

just itches and some flakes due to itches.....itches a lot esp during night cnt b std m a virgin

Thanks for posting your query

Usually the main reason for an itchy scrotum is hygiene

Excessive perspiration also adds to it along with sleepless nights

Fungus infection is the infective cause of itching with flakes

Take good care of your hygiene
Use cotton under garments
If need be change under garment two to three times a day
Manage your stress level

Take Tablet Cetrizine once a day for itching
Apply a good antifungal ointment
Avoid steroid ointments
