Brief Answer:
sacroiliitis B/L is generally Ankylosing spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi , I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
You are suffering from Ankylosing Spondylosis are on treatment and you want a second opinion on MRI report.
Sacroiliitis B/L with Low back pain , is generally due to Ankylosing spondylosis. In Ankylosing Spondylosis, earliest changes are seen in lower part of SI joint, especially on the iliac side as erosions ,followed by sclerosis. However the complete picture takes time to develop - many years .
One Blood Test - HLA-B27 is also required to substantiate the diagnosis. It is positive in about 85% cases.
I hope to have answered your query. Please feel free to ask any other question.
Thanks for the question.
