Semen Analysis Done, Absence Of Periods. Is Everything Normal, Can Conception Occur?

Question : Hello Dr.
I had gone through the semen analysi . my semen analysis report is :
Name : XXXXXXX sex: mail, age: 32
Physical analysis:
Quantity-1.5ml, colour-milky white,
viscosity-WNL,reaction-alkaline,PH-9,liquefaction-19, deposite-nil,
abstinence period-4 days,

Microscopic Examination:
Total count-75 million/ml, sperm motility-AC 50%,SL 20%,DD 30%,
morphology-WNL, epithelial cells -8-10,PUS Cells 6-8,erythrocytes –
nil, others-nil.
Note-motility has been interpreted as the percentage of sperms Showing
ACTUAL PROGRESSIVE MOTION.
dr. we are trying for a baby from 6 months ..is there any problem with
me or any advice
for me. my wife,s age is 33years.

Thanks for your query.

I will try my best to provide you with best possible professional recommendations to your questions.

The semen analysis report which you have provided is normal. Few pus cells are present suggesting an infection. I advice you for a course of antibiotic.

As such the repeat of the test is not necessary if you can after course of antibiotic it will be good.

It is better to consult the infertility specialist as the semen analysis is fine.
