Brief Answer:
hematuria

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your helath care concerns

YOu noticed blood in your urine. This could be from the aleve or any other anti-inflammatory like aspirin. I would recommend stopping the aleve. If you develop pain on urination or fever then you have a urinary tract infection. In that case see our medical provider for antibiotics. If you continue to have blood in your urine for more than 2 days I would also recommend that you see a medical provider. With prolonged painless blood in your urine could signify kidney problems.

In summary
1. Painless hematuria
2. Stop aleve and any other anti-inflammatory like aspirin
3. See Provider if urinating becomes painful or you develop fever
4. See Provider is more than 2 days of blood in urine
