Brief Answer:
Add on another tablet in the afternoon
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir, I have gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Sir, add one tablet with the combination of Metformin 5oomg. plus Glimipiride 2mg. in the afternoon 20 minutes before having lunch. Fllow this for about 3 weeks and monitor sugar levels.
If any hypoglycemic(Low sugar levels than normal) symptoms come, take some sugars and reduce the new medicine to half there after.
Get back to us with your sugar levels after 3 weeks sir.
