Question : I saw a rheumatologist for hand stiffness and he ran bloodwork. my IgG was low 621 based on the lab scale. should I be concerned?

I don't have much else. All the other blood work so far has been normal or within limits. I haven't received results of hand xray. The IgG was the only blood work that is off so far.
I have uploaded my results on the IgG.
