Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and would like to tell you that as you have a positive cardiac past history so it’s highly advisable that you should personally consult a cardiologist as your ongoing medicines needs to be titrated.

Ankle swelling could be due to impending cardiac dysfunction so an echocardiogram is also required to asses your Lv ejection fraction. Along with this few other blood tests may also be required like

1. Complete blood count
2. Kidney function test
3. Ecg
4. Serum electrolyte levels

I hope this information will guide you properly

Kind Regards
