Question : Should I be concerned about my blood pleasure? This morning my reading was 144,58,49: the average over the last 10 days is 143.2.,56.6,47.5 and my average reading since January 1 is 139.2,58.9,54.3. I'm currently taking Metoprolol tartrate 25mg, Amiodarone 200mg and two baby aspirin per day.

I understand your concern and would like to explain that considering your age your blood pressure values seem to be OK.

Those slight BP fluctuations are clinically irrelevant. As you are taking Amiodarone, I recommend to check your thyroid gland function by dosing thyroid hormones, chest X ray study, liver function tests for possible Amiodarone toxicity and periodic ophthalmological control to investigate for potentia locular deposiits.
