Question : should I be comcerned. could nerontin be cause. 10 year cancer survivor with solitary kidney in otherwise good health.
Brief Answer:
No cause of concern. Neurontin is not the cause
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is no cause for any concern in the results.
Neurontin is not the cause of the marginal increase in creatinine.
You may be having prediabetes. This can be excluded/ confirmed with a simple blood test HbA1c which is related to your average blood sugar over the last 3 months.
If you have any symptoms or further queries, do get back to me.

Concern was for hypogammaglobulmenia, according to 2nd lab...
Brief Answer:
Discussion continues
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
With your clinical profile, the marginally low level of Gammaglobulin has no clinical significance and is not a reason for concern. Your urine is also low in light chain amino acids which is unlikely with a major issue.
It has relevance only if you have symptoms appropriate for the condition.
Do get back to me if you have further queries.
