Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. It depends upon your previous diagnosis of vertigo and whether it is similar to the previous episode two years ago.
2. If it is true spinning vertigo, you should get examined.
3. If it is mild imbalance, take adequate hydration and check if it subsides.
4. If the dizziness is on change of position, getting more severe, accompanied by headache, decreased hearing, tinnitus, darkness in front of eyes, blurring of vision, disorientation, blackout or does not settle down, it is better to get examined.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
