Question : My daughter had routine bloodwork. She is 15 and on birth control. Her liver enzymes were slightly high at 35. They are supposed to be 32. Doctor wants to retest the blood. Should I be more concerned this is something serious

I think that the value of liver enzymes 35 U/ml is nothing to worry about.
This value is within normal range and this slight fluctuation 35 to 32 is significant about liver health.
The contraceptive pills don't cause increased liver enzymes.
