Question : ive taken enough test n they all have came back negative, but i did have unprotected sex about 2yrs ago and then my immune system was broken down after that

I see the photos you attached and they seem normal without any lesions despite a very small circular discolouration near the base. It doesn't seem much important.
Also taking count that all STD tests are normal this makes me think that you don't have any health issues related to STD .
The unprotected intercourse you had two years ago may have not transmitted any disease.
Two years is enough time to show symptoms.
You are saying that your immunity was broken but can you tell me what makes you think so?
