Should I Be Test HIV?

Question: Hello, I had a girlfriend a few years back. She had sexual activities before me but I hadn't. We never had sexual intercourse but I touched her genital area such as in stimulation by hand. We had kissed on the lips and other body parts such as breasts, but never the penis and the vagina. My question is, I don't know her status regarding HIV and I have recently read that the vaginal fluid can carry the virus. Should I be tested? Is my situation a possible transfer scenario? Thank you in advance.
Brief Answer:
No risk of HIV. Testing not required
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Hiv is only transmitted through sexual intercourse. Not by genital stimulation with hands or by kissing on breasts or lips. So, there is no risk of HIV from the activities that you mentioned. There is no need for an HIV screening test.
