Question : Hi, I am having chest pain or discomfort from today Friday night after taking dinner I feel little bit discomfort and Saturday it increases and even today also iam facing the problem, my left shoulder also giving pain and iam unable to bend also, gas is releasing frequently.

After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that taking into consideration your age group and the symptoms which were explaining it seems more likely to be a gastritis so it’s advisable that you should take some proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole 40 MG twice a day for five days.
However as you also feel chest discomfort so it’s highly advisable that you should get an ECG done ASAP.
