Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Lymphnodes get enlarged when there is rise in white blood cells in blood. White blood cells are part of body defence mechanism.
The recurrent enlargement &disappearance of lymphnodes you have suggests infection in upper half &arms of your body.( causes increased white blood cells )..which is been successfully driven out by your defence mechanism...(so the lymph nodes disappear without treatment)This is normal.
If lymph nodes keep on growing, get painful &inflammed or there is generalised persistant lymphnode enlargement through out body ..you need to be concerned.
* At the moment you should be just observant/have a healthy life style /attend any possible recurrent infection in body.
*For a complete assurance..you can get CBC blood test done, to confirm normality of blood cells.
please consult your family physician.
Thanks.
