Question : Hi there. I have a history of sarcoidosis and had a macroadenoma removed in 2018. I have been having headaches on my right side, which seems to radiate from the connection point of my jaw (right side), to the top of my head, and down to my neck. I also have constant tinnitus (ringing type). I noticed a small mass and im wondering if anyone can shed any light on whether it may be a possible cause. The mass does not appear on my previous MRI.
