Question : Hi I have been suffering with left sharp pain in stomach left side of back and left groin pain this makes me feel weak and dizzy

Having urinary tract infection and/or kidney stones is the most probable cause.
Take anti inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or ketoprofen .

I have had a urine sample this come back clear .. I have been like this for three months now so I am really concerned this is a serious illness that is killing me
