Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern
I request you to kindly upload a few Images of the affected area with spots in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.
Also let me know the duration since you first noticed the spots? Have they increased in size or number? do you have any symptoms like itching? pain? over that area

Brief Answer:
seborrheic keratosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
These are seborheic keratosis/ dermatosis papulosa nigra. They are benign, that is, of not much concern. They are small epidermal growths that need to be removed with cautery. Usually they are asymptomatic. You can use calamine lotion to relive the burning sensation but the spots won't go with that. These spots can be removed with cautery, if you desire or can be just left alone
Take care
