Dear sir,
You did not mentioned your age, is there any radiation of your pain?r u diabetic? Have you ever checked your thyroid and vitamin D levels?Do you have any xray or mri scan?
If not, get it done,till than take bed rest,apply diclofenac gel,apply hot pack,avoid forward bending and weight lifting.
