I am 33 Years Old. it has happened randomly over the past two years probably in total 4 times, but mainly when they're gripping a bit harder than normal.

Hi again,

I would not worry. Just to be sure, you should have an ultrasound of your testicles, but it is extremely unlikely that it is anything serious. Probably just micro traumas to the genital tract.
