Question : Hi, I’m a 20 year old male who is having pain in from his left testicle. I was hanging out with my girlfriend all night and I had a erection for a long time without release. Wondering if this is something I need to check out now and if it is/was related to the erection earlier.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand the cause of your concern. Prolonged erection (also referred to as priaprism) can be painful since the penile muscles have been exhausted to the prolonged contractions. It should ease spontaneously over the next couple of days (assuming that you still don't have the erection). Cold compress can help.
