Question : Hi, I have a personal question I have a cyst or some sort of lump on my scrotum that is hard I feel no pain at all should I be worried about this

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think that the lump on scrotum you are complaining may be varicocele , hydrocele or hernia.
You should do an ultrasound of the testicles to check the cause of it. Also do an urine analysis to get checked for infection.
