Brief Answer:
Probably hemorrhoid!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This lump is probably hemorrhoid. It appears and disappears. Often accompanied by pain. However, we must get the diagnosis right. If confirmed by your doctor as hemorrhoid, there is no reason to get it to remove unless symptoms warrant it to be removed.

I hope this helps and guides. I wish you well.
