Hello,

I think that the fatigue may be related to any viral infection you are having. I think you may need to do a total blood count with formula to check white blood cells. The viral infection you were having may lead to post viral fatigue which is most common during COVID-19. You may need to get tested for COVID-19 also. It can be the reason for elevated glucose levels.
