Hi, Thanks for the query,
Are you a known hypertensive?
Are you on any other medications?
If your BP is high for the first time then you'll need a consistent follow up for measuring BP, and if it's same high always, you would need the medication which is available only on getting examined by a doctor
Regards,
Dr. Nagamani NG

Hi apologize for the above answer, I read it as 186/150.
If your BP is always low then need not worry. If you have recently noticed then you'll have to consult the physician once.
I would require your age and gender details.
However the following are the general measures to outcome low BP.
Have plenty of water.
Eat balanced food.
Eat more salt.
Have electrolyte juice.
get your thyroid profile and sugar checked once.
Avoid alcohol if you take it.
Any issues do follow up.
Take care.
