Should I Be Worried If I Have Pancreatitis Or Food Poisoning?

Get DM under control and avoid foods that cause problems.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and photo.
Pancreatitis gives a lot of pain in abdomen and referred pain to back, hence if you do not have pain then less chances of pancreatitis.
Food poisoning can give fever, vomiting and watery stools.
Hence in your case this may be intolerance to certain foods or beverages, enhanced by diabetes,
How much are fasting/post-prandial and random sugars? Are they under control?
I wound advise you the following in such a situation.
- Get the blood sugars done and adjust your foods /beverages accordingly. If too high then consult your Doctor for adjustment of doses or medicines.
It is said to be bit risky to take medicinal probiotics in diabetic patients. So avoid unless advised by your Doctor.
Identify the foods and beverages that cause such a stool and stop these altogether.
I hope this may help you to come out of the problems.
Be careful henceforth as once the system gets disturbed then it takes a lot of time to come back to normal. Do not take any chances.
Also advisable is to take boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water (full-proof sterile water). Maintain hydration.
I hope this answers your queries and helps you.
Get examined, investigated for blood and stool tests, Ultrasound of abdomen if needed.
Please give feedback.
