Question : hi my son is 12 years old and was born with a small pin hole just at the bottom of spine. my doctor told me back then that it wasnt anything to worry about but

A photo of the condition in question would be helpful. However, as he was born with it, it is most likely a coccygeal or sacral pit, which is a completely benign congenital condition. Nothing to worry about or fix.
