First, I dont think that this lump is related to lymph node swelling. ENlarged lymph nodes are usually sign of respiratory infection and may persist even several months after such infections. These may also be sign of mononucleosis but you would have some other signs in that case such as fever and body pain. So I would ot be concerned about that. Only if it becomes larger in short period or painful then or blood picture is abnormal,then you should do ultrasound.
Second, this lump is probably benign subcutaneous lesion such as ateroma, lipoma or cyst. Ultrasound dont show worrying signs and it is suggestive of benign cyst. Ut can be easily removed under local anesthesia so you should consult surgeon about it. it may grow in future so would be best to remove it in smaller phase.
