Question : Hi Doc ,I am 30 yr old lady with PCOS, I am taking Myocyst and Duphastone which helps me get regular periods, Now I am thinking to try to get pregnant, I do not know If I ovulate, should I continue taking the above meds to get pregnant? What else should I do.

I'd suggest stopping Duphaston

Hi,

You can continue with Myocyst but need to discontinue Duphaston for pregnancy. There may also be needed to have unprotected sex every alternate day between 10 and 18 days of the cycle in this scenario.
