Brief Answer:
Topical steroid cream and moisturizer

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
I can see dry/scaly, red patches in these images.
She seems to have a dermatitis- either seborrheic or atopic in nature.
I suggest you to use a moisturizer for her, 2-3 times a day e.g J&J moisturizing cream/lotion.. Over that I suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g Fluticasone Propionate 0.05 %cream (Flutivate cream), twice daily for 2 weeks, for the patches. Fluticasone Propionate 0.05 %cream is a prescription medication and I advice you to talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same. You may give her cetrizine syp (Alerid) for symptomatic relief from itching.

Regards
