Relax, nothing serious
Detailed Answer:
Hello Vidhya, I hope in these difficult times of corona pandemic you and your family are doing fine.
I have gone through the symptoms explained by you and I would like to tell you that there is nothing serious and you can relax. However to prevent these symptoms from happening I would like to suggest following things:
1. Take Tab Dompen for 3 days one tablet morning empty stomach.
2. Eat timely and avoid oily and fried food item for couple of days.
3. Indulge yourself in some physical activity like aerobics at home.
Follow this and you will be good.
Take care.

Thank you Doctor. I will try these. But whenever I experience the above mentioned sensation, I feel like am getting heart flutters. Can you please tell me what it is n how do flutters feel like?.. I know about other palpitations like racing heart n skipping...but this feeling is new to me...if you can tell me what do flutters feel like, I'll be little relaxed. Thank you.

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Vidhya, as you said your heart rate stays below 100 and average around 70’s so technically you cannot have palpitations with these normal range of heart rate. However if you are sure that your heart races in between then we have to get a thyroid function test and a holter monitoring test done.
Kind Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Dear Vidhya, flutter is basically a rhythm abnormality of atrial chambers of the heart in which the atrial rate goes usually beyond 200 beats per minute. Yes it does feel like a racing heart inside chest.
This abnormality can easily be diagnosed with the help of ECG.
Kind Regards
