Shortness of breath , just walking around house and I’m breathing heavy and feels like heart going to beat out my chest. Brief Answer:
gestational hypertension with pre-eclampsia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
THANKS for the query,
With high blood pressure and swelling of limbs, at 31 weeks gestation , you are likely a case of pregnancy induced hypertension and impending pre-eclampsia ( indicated by breathlessness, swelling ver limbs). This can deteriorate very fast and you would be required to be started on anti-hypertensives and magnesium tabs. Also an ultrasound would be indicated to rule out intrauterine growth retardation as well. So please visit the emergency asap.
Regards
