Should I Have The Breast Lump Examined Further?

Question : In the last year I’ve gained over 60lb, been diagnosed with a polycystic ovaries, hypothyroidism, a pituitary microadenoma, and today a lump was found in one breast (a breast that has drastically increased in size from the other breast). However this lump, which is palpable, could not be seen in the ultrasound images. I’m also undergoing evaluation for Cushings due to a positive dexamethasone suppression test and other characteristic symptoms. I’m at a loss, getting passed back and fourth from doctor to doctor. Should I have the breast lump examined further? Could all these issues/diagnoses be interconnected somehow? What kind of doctor should I look to for further help at this point, as mine (endocrinologist, internist) seem to keep referring me back and fourth to each other and I’m getting no where? They refuse to refer me to neurology or a neurosurgeon to look at the pituitary adenoma further. I am however deciding on seeing an OBGYN tomorrow of my own volition.
