Should I Retest At 60 Or 90 Days ?

Question: Dear doctor, I did a hiv duo test on 27th day 34th day and 48th day, results are negative. On 61st day I did a rapid only antibody self test (finger prick) and it was negative.(I did this self test also at 4 weeks 5 weeks 6weeks 7 weeks and 8.5 weeks..all results negative. Symptoms I have a small white patch on left tonsil but a doctor (std specialist saw it and said it was normal.) Should I retest at 60 or 90 days ?
