Brief Answer:
Ovarian cancer- German alternative treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I suggest to get the complete diagnosis and prognosis of the ovarian cancer.
What I mean is what type of ovarian cancer, is it benign or malignant? Whether it progresses fast? If malignant, Which stage of the cancer is it?
What are the treatment options? What is the german treatment?

First I suggest to get them surgically removed and then opt for alternative treatments from German clinics. As far as I know all ovarian cancers first need removal and later the post op treatment stops. At this age you are highly likely to have such cancers and you do not exactly need these ovaries at this age. So get them removed.

So first get all the details of the cancer, go with mainstream treatment and later opt for German alternative treatments available

I had pelvic de-bulking after hysterectomy for ovarian cancer in 2013. Where can I find a doctor or hospital that can perform a second de-bulking. I understand that in general this is not done for the second time. What would the risks be? I am determined to find this surgeon. Please help.

Brief Answer:
Gyne-Oncologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes debulking may not be an option if done earlier.
It is difficult to find such doctors who do not consider treatment protocols or standard options and just follow as per patient wish. Even if you risk they would be uninterested.
I suggest you to see the same Gyne-Oncologist whom you had seen earlier.

What are ways to treat neuropathy in my feet. It started in my toes. Could it effect my legs eventually? Thank you.

Answered by Dr. V. N. S. Parinam (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Neuropathy in the feet.

Detailed Answer:
First we have to check if it actually is neuropathy.
Do you have tingling and numbness? Reduced sensation to the toes?
There can be local issues with extra bone growth, or degeneration in the nerve axons that cause similar symptoms. Blood supply compromise can cause similar symptoms.
If it is local issues we also should check for the footwear if it hampers the blood supply.
If it is general nutritional deficiency, or something arising from spine or knee level it can progress to legs.
So check for Vitamin B1, B2 and B12 deficiency and correct it.
