Question : I had an acdf on 2 levels done 6 months ago and I fell two days ago, since then I have had really bad pain in my neck, shoulder, back of head, and dizziness and the back of my neck is swollen. Should I seek emergency care?
Brief Answer:
Get medical attention as soon as possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I think you should seek medical attention as soon as possible.
You have had a really serious trauma causing you neck, back and shoulder pain as well as dizziness. These symptoms should not be neglected taking count that you have swollen beak and acdf surgery history.
You possibly should be evaluated doing a x-ray.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
