Question : I have been using sudafed PE and citalopram and advil for two days now i have very itchy skin all over my body. Is this serious should i just stop taking the sudafed and advil?

Stop advil and citalopram, take antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Itching could be a side effect of the medicines you are taking.
Sudafed PE seems to be unlikely the cause of itching.
Itching could be due to advil or citalopram.
I would recommend you to stop these medicines.
For itching you can take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
