Question : did not take bp meds in the last 24 felt light head ringin im ears a shaking uncotrollably shall take more meds

Its better to confirm the raised BP. Get it checked. Uncontrolled shaking is probably due to missing the dose. If there is headache, numbness of limbs, dizzyness, weakness/paralysis, trouble walking in straight line, blurred vision, then its time to see a surgeon or emergency immediately.

Take usual dose of medicine. No need to take the missed the dose.
