Brief Answer:
Telma AM would be a bit higher dose

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Telma AM would be bit a higher for the current BP. It's better if you have plain Telma or amlodipine or some other medications.

If you don't have any access any of these then you may have half tablet of Telma AM once a day. Or if blood pressure rises to above or near to 170 then you may have the whole tablet. Also, just confirm your readings twice or thrice before taking medicines as home apparatus may give variable readings. Have low salt diet and healthy lifestyle.

Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Regards
