Brief Answer:
Yes you should
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma’am
After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern and would like to tell you that your blood pressure and heart rate are very well under control and that is due to the effect of medicine.
So if you are not having any symptoms of giddiness, weakness then you should take the second dose on time are per your ongoing schedule.
What was your holter report like? Any arrhythmia detected?
I hope this information will guide you properly
