Brief Answer:
Take BP medication as per regular timing.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

What BP Medicine do you take? What kind of stress test is it? Is it exercise or nuclear stress test?

Generally if there is Betablocker or calcium channel blocker type of BP medication, it should be avoided before an exercise stress test. Others can be taken as per the schedule. Your doctor would tell you about it before scheduling the stress test.

Hope I have answered your query.
