Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

I don’t think that your symptoms are related to the heart, as there is no change in heart rhythm or blood pressure values.

So, I think that you should focus on your stomach ( possible gastroesophageal reflux) or a back disorder.

For this reason I recommend trying an antiacid. If it helps improve your situation, I would recommend performing a fibrogastroscopy.

Otherwise, I recommend taking acetaminophen for the pain. I recommend performing a cervico- thoracic spine X ray study.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know about everything!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
